Deposit:
A $200 deposit is required to hold your reservation. If the deposit is not
received 7 days after the reservation is made we may cancel the reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel your reservation, your $200 will be returned to you,
less a $25 processing fee, provided that your cancellation notice is received 30
days prior to stay.
